FECO is a highly-concentrated form of cannabis in which the whole plant is extracted. This process offers a broad spectrum representation of cannabinoids and terpenes found in cannabis

What is FECO?

Simply put, FECO is a powerful oil extracted from the cannabis plant

Rick Simpson Oil, Reinvented

For the better part of a decade, RSO has provided patients with debilitating illnesses powerful relief. FECO progresses these effects even further by employing an extraction technique that is more effective at preserving medicinal compounds and more complete in purging solvents

Plus, It's Versatile

FECO can be consumed in a variety of ways, so you can use this powerful medicine no matter your consumption limitations or preferences.

HOW IT'S MADE
Patterns_Dark Purple.png

HOW FECO IS MADE

1 | PLANT MATERIAL AND SOLVENT (ETHANOL) TEMPERATURES ARE BROUGHT TO -85°F

2 | THE TWO ARE COMBINED IN A CENTRIFUGE, FACILITATING CANNABINOID AND TERPENE EXTRACTION

3 | SOLUTION IS DECARBOXYLATED AT THE LOWEST TEMP, FOR THE LONGEST AMOUNT OF TIME, ON THE MARKET

4 | ETHANOL IS PURGED IN A VACUUM OVEN AT A LOW TEMP FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD

*EXTRACTING AT VERY LOW TEMPERATURES ALLOWS US TO EXTRACT ONLY THE MEDICINAL COMPOUNDS FROM THE CANNABIS PLANT, WITHOUT THE PLANT PARTICLES WE DON’T NEED
*BY PURGING THE SOLVENT SLOWLY IN VERY LOW TEMPS, WE'RE ABLE TO MAXIMIZE THE AMOUNT OF TERPENES WE PRESERVE.

FECO VS RSO:
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE?

WHILE THE WIDELY KNOWN RSO AND NEWLY INTRODUCED FECO DELIVER MANY OF THE SAME EFFECTS, THERE ARE NOTABLE DIFFERENCES IN THE PRODUCTION OF THESE POWERFUL CONCENTRATES

HIGHLY POTENT CANNABIS CONCENTRATE

USES ETHANOL AS SOLVENT FOR EXTRACTION

CAN BE CONSUMED BY THE SAME METHODS

FECO

RSO

EXTRACTED AT HIGH TEMPS (>0°F)

PLANT PARTICLES, CHLOROPHYLL, LIPIDS, AND WAXES ARE EXTRACTED

UNDERGOES A SHORTER, MORE AGGRESSIVE EXTRACTION PROCESS THAT CAN DAMAGE SOME BENEFICIAL TERPENES

BE AWARE THERE ARE COMPANIES USING ISO AS A SOLVENT IN RSO. THIS SOLVENT IS NOT RATED AS SAFE TO USE BY THE FDA

EXTRACTED AT LOW TEMPS (< -45°F)

ONLY MEDICINAL COMPOUNDS ARE EXTRACTED, WITHOUT PLANT PARTICLES

UNDERGOES A SLOW AND GENTLE EXTRACTION PROCESS THAT PRESERVES MAXIMUM TERPENES

FECO VS RSO

CARYOPHYLLENE

0.12%

Sedative effects that reduce anxiety and  depression. The only known terpene that acts like a cannabinoid and  directly activates the CB2 receptor.
2C White Icons_Earth.png

BISABOLOL

0.11%

Calming effects that can act as a gentle anti-depressant. This terpene is also effective at soothing skin and is a prized terpene for topicals

2C White Icons_Fire.png

LIMONENE

0.05%

Mood-elevating effects that reduce stress and enhance focus. Is also gastroprotective, reducing heartburn, ulcers, and gallstones

TOTALTERPENES

0.44%

Terpenes drive the flavor and aroma of cannabis, but they have their own unique health benefits too, and enhance each other synergistically.

CONSUMPTION

HOW DO YOU USE AND CONSUME FECO?

FECO is a versatile cannabis concentrate that can be taken in a number of ways. Highly potent, use caution when dosing, especially if you are a new cannabis patient.

SUBLINGUAL

Place a small amount under tongue or inside cheek, and let dissolve

Can be more energizing, but can also have a bitter taste

INGEST

Add FECO to food or drinks, and ingest as you would an edible

Ingestion can cause a longer-lasting, though sometimes less intense, high

TOPICAL

Treat areas of the skin by adding FECO to skin-safe oils

Pure and natural oils, such as olive and coconut, are best for topical application

SMOKE

Dab or vaporize the FECO as you would other concentrates

If smoking is your preferred method, you can also try our vape or cartridge!

OTHER TIPS FOR USING FECO

Start with a dose that is about the size of a single rice grain. You can incrementally add rice-grain-sized drops as your body gets used to FECO, but it’s best to start small in case the potency is too overwhelming
It’s generally recommended to consult a medical professional before using FECO, especially if you’re new to cannabis or participating in any intense pharmaceutical treatment
Stop pushing the plunger and pull it back before getting to the desired dosage, as the product may continue to dispense
When using the Quasar Stixx (our disposable vape), you can blow into the bottom of the device to activate or "jump start" the heating process, producing a more powerful hit upon first inhale.
When using sublingually, be prepared for an intense bitterness. It’s good to keep a drink handy to mitigate the unpleasant flavor
